Cedar River Artisans

Cedar River Artisans (CRA) is a consortium of professional artists seeking public and private

art commissions for collaborative

or invividual artwork. 

 

We are based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and all

our artists come from there and

the surrounding region.

 

Individually, the members have a history of success in juried art shows throughout the area, and are represented in several leading galleries. 

 

Many of Cedar River Artisans artists are represented in the permanent collection of

the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art

and other art venues.

 

The artists create art as commissions for private and public clients, manage collaborative art projects, and work with architectural

design teams to transform public

and commercial space.

 

Cedar River Artisans includes specialists in printmaking, sculpture, glass and jewelry, ceramics, painting, fiber arts and photography.

 

Our working method is collaborative and

our objective is to produce a unified

visual statement through our art for the client.
